Field survey
If the property is located, first we will visit the site directly to check the dimensions of the tenant and the status of the equipment.
Please let us know your overall budget, schedule and desired image of the space at this stage.
The proposal
We will first agree the layout with the client. Based on the confirmed submission, we will propose design proposals and estimates for a well-balanced space that meets various conditions such as cost, scope, conveyance, equipment, functions and durability and make adjustments until the customer is satisfied.


The agreement
After some meetings, if you are satisfied with our projection, design and the amount offered, we will begin to prepare for the start of construction.
Construction
Under supervision management we undertake everything from design to construction, so we form a team of construction and proceed with construction under strict controls. In addition, if any part requiring correction arises as necessary, we will immediately report it to the customer and make improvements based on the confirmation.


Interior design
We will not neglect the interior and propose display items according to the situation. The presence or absence of this step can make a big difference in the impression of the space. If you make a budget, we will build a screen that matches the atmosphere of the space.
